Weekend Music round-up

The 2nd hand shopping was particularly good this weekend, and had two highlights. First, on the wet Saturday afternoon I found a copy of the Renaissance Mix Collection Volume 1 for £6.99. This is classic ‘94 Sasha & Digweed, and sells for upwards of £60 on Ebay. It’s a keeper though, so whilst the value is nice it doesn’t make much difference in reality. More exciting from an Ebay point of view was copy of Now That’s what I call Music 8 on cd. As, surprisingly, I’m not a fan of chart compilations from the mid 80’s, this is profoundly not a keeper. It goes for anywhere between £50 and £100, and there’s obviously a collectors market for Now cd’s - so it’s going up for auction as soon as.
