Robotperson site development continues, and I thought I’d give you a run down of what’s new:
- My portfolio pages in the resumé section are now up-to-date. There are 30 odd projects to read about of which only 6 or so are recent enough to be of direct interest. To help readers save time I’ve divided the projects into ‘recent and relevant’ and ‘less recent, increasingly irrelevant’ sections.
- The style switcher (see ‘select style’ on the right) now does a little more than just swapping the background of the top bar.
- I’ve made a few ‘under the hood’ changes to make the site appear more consistently under IE4 / PC. Insiders might think that obsolete browser support is a pointless waste of time, but I’m working on a site right now that has ‘fully supported’ checked in the IE4 column of the browser matrix, and I thought I’d put some new knowledge to use. Plus, the changes might improve appearance in other old browsers too, and decent browsers won’t show any difference, so no harm done.
