Gothic style Harajuku girls at the Meiji bridge.
Every Sunday the kids come here to hang out and be photgraphed. Many were dragging mini wheelie-trollies, which presumably contained their civvies.
The event was half cool, half odd. Slightly exhibitionistic, which might be thought of as off-putting, but It was also quite a cool, uncaring act of self-expression.
