been a good week for Kubricks. Yesterday morning I received my Ma.K (Machinen
Krieger) Kubricks from Hong Kong, an eBay purchase. And then I popped
in to see Yota at Nasty
Nip and just couldn’t resist the Daft Punk be@rbricks.
The Daft Punk set includes the Interstellar
5555 movie, which is comprised of all the Ulysses
31 style animated promo clips from their Discovery album. We’ve
not watched it yet, but it’s looking good – report soon.
Which only leaves me to quickly shout Ben, a guy who introduced himself
to me in the shop. It turns out that Ben is a friend of Stef, dilettante
DJ (only joking Stef ;-), Sussex mover-and-shaker, and malingering Robotperson
This is relevant because Ben was only aware of Yota’s shop after Stef
introduced him to this site, whereupon Ben read my piece from last December recommending
Nasty Nip. How cool is that! Circularity rules.
