Stickies, and other useful small applications

Cover your screen with virtual sticky yellow notes rather than actual post-its with Stickies, a small desktop app that I use continually throughout my day.
Another micro-app I use a lot is Magnifixer, a highly configurable screen magnifier with colour capture features. Great for web dev types.
I’m also a big fan of Screen Ruler, although this link is a newer version. I prefer my older, simpler v.1.1 version.
All are freeware.
