Robot time

Lara was in Somerset for the whole weekend and I took advantage by spending some quality time with me. On a scorching Saturday I BMX’ed down to the beach and finished Zeldman’s Web Standards book whilst enjoying a sandwich-and beer lunch. Both book and beach-lunch are highly recommended.
I zoomed along the prom afterwards and watched the basketball dudes for a while. I can report that Nike is the shoe of choice amongst them: On show were one pair Dunks, one AF-1, a couple of Jordans (7, 10) and various miscellaneous Air high-tops. However, any notions I might have had of actually playing vanished with the unfairly harsh words one of the dudes gave a poorly performing dude team-mate.
On a side note, does anyone know why it’s so much easier to get on with chores when you’re alone in the house?
